Poland: TVP confirms participation in Junior Eurovision 2021

The Polish national broadcaster, TVP, has confirmed their participation in Junior Eurovision 2021, which will take place in France next November.
After winning the competition twice in two successive editions and hosting the event for two years in a row repsectively, Poland has confirmed its participation in this year's Junior Eurovision Song Contest.
TVP, will stick with the same national selection format, opting for Szansa na Sukces (Chance for Success) once again to determine the act and song for Junior Eurovision. The broadcaster has mad an open call opened the call for young acts in order to apply for the national selection show..
The success story behind Szansa na Sukces in 2019 is without doubt as the specific show had lead to Poland’s second win at Junior Eurovision 2019 with Viki Gabor's song “Superhero“. while the same show was used to determine the Junior Eurovision 2020 hopeful Ala Tracz who sang “I’ll Be Standing” and came 9th with 90 points.
The confirmed countries
So far a total of eight countries have confirmed their intention to participate in the forthcoming Junior Eurovision Song Contest that will be hosted in France. These are:
Poland in Junior Eurovision
Poland’s first participation at the competition was in 2003, while she was absent the years 2005 – 2015. The country’s worst result came in 2004 when it finished 17th . In 2018 with Roksana Węgiel the country scored its first victory in Minsk, Belarus with her entry Anyone I Want To Be , which was followed by a second in a row win with Viki Gabor and her song "Superhero" in Gliwice- Silesia.
Last year, Ala Tracz represented the nationl with the song “I’ll Be Standing” and came 9th with 90 points.
