A few words for Bandidos do Cante

Bandidos do Cante are a Portuguese vocal group from the Alentejo region, mainly from Beja, in southern Portugal. The band consists of five members: Miguel Costa, Duarte Farias, Francisco Raposo, Luís Aleixo, and Francisco Pestana.

They first entered the music scene in 2022 under the name “Amigos do Alentejo”. Their first exposure came from providing vocals on the single “Casa” by Portuguese artists D.A.M.A and Buba Espinho, which became very popular. In June 2023, they adopted the name Bandidos do Cante — a name suggested by Kasha (from D.A.M.A.).
