USA: The American Song Contest set for February 21, 2022 live on NBC

The American Song Contest is set to hit the screen on February 21, 2022 and will be aired live by NBC.
Fans of Eurovision on the other side of the Atlantic are thrilled to hear that the American edition of the world's biggest TV song contest show is finally set to take place on February 21, 2022.
The show that willl unfold with over three qualifying heats, semifinals and a Grand final show will see competing acts competing representing all 50 states, five U.S. territories and the nation’s capital Washington DC. Each representative can be either a solo artist, a duo, a DJ or a band will represent each competing terittory performing an original song, showcasing the different styles and genres of music across America.
Earlier back in May 2021, the producers of the American Song Contest launched the submission process on the contest's newly casting website outlining what they are looking for and under which terms.
The American Song Contest which is brought to the audience by Propagate in association with Universal Television Alternative Studio, a division of Universal Studio Group, will be aired live by NBC on February 21, 2022.
The production team is made up by some of the most oustanding in experience producers of the Eurovision Song Contest itself and Propagate’s executive producers . Namely it's formed by:
