United Kingdom: Sam Ryder storms the audience with his impressive performance at the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee event

The UK's Eurovision 2022 representative, stormed the British audience with an outstanding performance of 'Space Man' at the Queen's Jubilee concert at Buckingham Palace.
Sam Ryder has brought a wave of enthusiasm and excitement in the British audience after bringing the remarkable 2nd place at Eurovision 2022 in Turin. Following this huge suceess for the nation Sam receivied the honorable invitation to perform at the Queen's Platinum Jubilee concert at Buckingham Palace.
The event's line-up saw several international acclaimed British stars present among which, Diana Ross, Queen and Adam Lambert, Duran Duran, Sir Rod Stewart, Elton John, Andrea Bocelli, Duran Duran, Alicia Keys. In addition Sir David Attenborough, Emma Raducanu, David Beckham, Stephen Fry and Dame Julie Andrews will take part in the anniversary event celebrating Queen Elizabeth's 70 year's in power.
The whole show was aired live by BBC and attracted the attention of millions around the world. Sam Ryder delivered a special version of his Eurovision entry paying his personal respect to her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II with an outstanding performance.
A few words for Sam
Sam Ryder was born in 1990 in Essex, UK. He is a singer/songwriter, rhythm guitarist who has been in music with various projects since 2009. He rose to fame after his sounds and music on TikTok went viral with many well known TikTok stars started making videos on his songs. With over 12 million followers and 100 million likes on TikTok, he is currently the most followed UK music artist on the platform.
He formed rock band The Morning After who released two albums on Rising Records UK and JVC Victor in Japan. Their albums "You Can’t Hurt Steel" and "Legacy" have since shifted thousands of copies.
In 2010 Sam was then recruited to tour and write with 80’s style glam metal band Blessed By A Broken Heart (Tooth & Nail/EMI) and contributed to their Billboard charting album "Feel The Power". After Blessed called it quits, Texas punk/hardcore band Close Your Eyes (Victory Records) asked Sam to join as their front-man and writer. In 2013 they released "Line In The Sand" which resulted in multiple song placements on MTV, NHL 2015 and MGM feature film "Max".
On November 2019, he released as a single a cover of N-Trance's 90's hit "Set You Free".
Sam self-released his debut solo EP in March of this year and is putting the final touches of his full length album that he tracked in Nashville, TN with producer Bryan Wilson (Frightened Rabbit, John Newman).
In Eurovision 2022 he represented the nationl with the song 'Space, Man' and achieved to bring a secong place for the UK on the overall score after topping the national juries voting.
