Italy: Francesco Gabbani drops his new single ‘Il Sudore Ci Appiccica’

• The Italian Eurovision 2017 representative and this year's Sanremo festival 2nd runner up , Francesco Gabbani, has released his  new single ‘Il Sudore Ci Appiccica’. 

  Following his Sanremo 2020 participation with the entry “Viceversa“ , Francesco is now back with his new single titled  Il Sudore Ci Appiccica (The sweat sticks us) The track is included in the Italian act's last album “Viceversa“ marking a new foray into the ethical world for Francesco Gabbani, always with a  captivating , engaging  and slightly vintage sound , which recalls the dynamism of disco-music.

  In historical moments for the globe that we will remember for the suffering caused by physical distancing, Francesco Gabbani recalls that it is important for the souls not to be distant . An invective towards individualism, sweat becomes the serum of collective sharing .It should "stick" the community, becoming a physical glue, which allows active and heartfelt sharing of efforts, difficulties and even joys.

  Francesco in Eurovision 

  Francesco Gabbani won Sanremo Festival 2019 with his song Occidentali’s Karma  and went on representing Italy at Eurovision 2017 in Kiev, Ukraine. Although his song met massive acceptance globally smashing the Youtube viewing numbers and was one of the bookies' favorites to win the contest, the entry eventually finished 6th with 334 points.
