Estonia: Victor Crone has released his new single “Waiting on Your Love”

  • The Estonian Eurovision 2019 representative, Victor Crone, has recently released his brand new single titled “Waiting on Your Love”.

    Victor is treating his fans, and not only, with his new track “Waiting on Your Love” which is a mid tempo song that delivers the empowering message of not waiting endlessly for THE person sacrificing yout own self respect.

    The song talks about the priority of not leaving yourself behind in order to wait for the one person. Each person deserves better and must above all respect and love first himself. 

     

     

    The song is written by the Estonian act himself along with Andreas Moe and David Björk. You can listen to Victor's new work below:

    A few words for Victor Crone

    Victor Crone (his full name is Victor Fritz-Crone ) was born on January 31,1992 in the Swedish city of Österåker. Apart from singing Victor is a composer and guitarist as well. 

    In 2015 he released his first single entitled Burning Man, while the same year he take part in  Melodifestivalen 2015. In that year’s edition of Melodifestivalen he competes with the song “Det rår vi inte för” in collaboration with the rapper Behrang Miri with who he reached the Second chance semi final, where he lost in the duel battle with Samir & Viktor. In 2017 he worked with the Swedish-Norwegian group  Tungevaag & Raaban in the song Coming Up, which reached more than 18 million streams on  Spotify.

    The year 2016 he meets the Estonian singer Stig Rästa, who represented Estonia at Eurovision 2015 alongside with Elina Born and their entry Goodbye to yesterday, finishing in the 7th place . Since then Victor has joined forces with Stig several times traveling to Estonia for this purpose.

    On 16 February 2019, Victor Crone won the Estonian national selection Eesti Laul with the song "Storm" and he received the right to represent Estonia in the Eurovision Song Contest 2019, held in Tel Aviv, Israel. On 15 May, he qualified to the final. In the final Victor Crone placed 20th.

    In November 2019, it was revealed that Crone joined the 2020 lineup for Melodifestivalen 2020. With his song, "Troubled Waters", he qualified to the finale from the fourth semifinal. He finished in ninth place, scoring a total of 57 points.
