American Song Contest: Tonight the Grand final show takes place

The inaugural edition of the American Song Contest is concluding with the Grand final show taking place this evening.
After five qualifying rounds, two semifinals the first edition of the American Song Contest is reaching tonight its final show with the Grand final set to take place.
The American Song Contest which is brought to the audience by Propagate in association with Universal Television Alternative Studio, a division of Universal Studio Group, withcompeting acts taking part and representing all 50 states, five U.S. territories and the nation’s capital Washington DC.
The show is hosted by two of the biggest internationally names in the music industry, with Kelly Clarkson and Snoop Dogg responsible to guide the audience through the live shows.
The Grand final show will see a total of 10 acts competing on stage. Namely the entries that are taking part this evening are:
- Alabama – Ni/Co – The Difference
- American Samoa – Tenelle – Full Circle
- Colorado – Riker Lynch – Feel the Love
- Connecticut – Michael Bolton – Beautiful World
- Kentucky – Jordan Smith – Sparrow
- North Dakota – Chloe Fredericks – Can’t Make You Love Me
- Oklahoma – AleXa – Wonderland
- Tennessee – Tyler Braden – Seventeen
- Texas – Grant Knoche – Mr. Independent
- Washington – Allen Stone – A Bit of Both
The outcome will be determined 50% by the states' juries while for the rest 50% the public will have its say for it. The show is set to hit the screen at 1:00 am CEST.
