American Song Contest 2022: The Fifth qualifying round results

Ada LeAnn representing Michigan is the jury's qualifier of the fifth qualifying heat of the American Song Contest while the wildcard winner along with the three public voting qualifiers from round four were aslo announced.
The American Song Contest which is brought to the audience by Propagate in association with Universal Television Alternative Studio, a division of Universal Studio Group , continued last evening with the fourth qualifying round.
The show is hosted by two of the biggest internationally names in the music industry, with Kelly Clarkson and Snoop Dogg responsible to guide the audience through the live shows.
While the much anticipated competition consists of 5 qualifying rounds, 2 semifinals and a grand final show, the fifth set of 11 acts competed in the 5th qualifying roung last night. A total of four qualifiers from each qualifiying roung pass to the semifinals.
Fourth round public voting qualifiers announcement
Ahead of the 5th night's performances and results, the rest three qualifiers of the fourth heat , which were decided via an online voting last week, were announced. We remind you that the act that qualified according to the jury's verdict was Allen Stone from Washington.
According to the public online voting for the fourth qualifying round Jared Lee from Massachusetts, Stela Cole from Georgia and MARi from New Hampshire are the three qualifiers from the fourth qualifying round to join Allen Stone in the semifinals.
The 5th qualifying round performances
Namely the 11 acts that took the stage in heat five are:

- Michigan: Ada LeAnn – Natalie
- Maryland: Sisqó – It’s Up
The 5th round's jury results
A jury consisting of 56 members cast its votes in order to select the first qualifier to the semfinals. According to the jury's verdict Ada LeAnn from Michigan is the first qualifier that advances to the semifinals from this round. In addition Ryan Charles from Wyoming was attributed with one of the two wildcards.
The rest competing acts will go through a public voting that will run for two days up to Wednesday with three more semifinalists to be determined. However, the rest three qualifiers will be announced during the week.
