Albania: Anxhela Peristeri joins forces with Sinan Hoxha in the new single "Puthje"

Albania's Eurovision 2021 act, Anxhela Peristeri, has teamed up with Sinan Hoxha in their new duet song titled "Puthje" (Kiss).
Karma is music for Anxhela Peristeri who is treating her fans with new work after her Eurovision participation. After releasing her follow up single and music video of 'Nuk Me Doje' last month is now back in a total summer duet with the Albanian singer Sinan Hoxha titled "Puthje" (Kiss).
The song moves to the rhythm of summer with a strong erotic mood in the air while the its tempo makes you want to move to the tracks glossy and uplifting beat. Marcel Gunga and 2Step did the music for this song, while 2Step wrote the lyrics, and Marcel took care of the orchestration. Gravity Music did the production, while Alban Furtuna took care of the mixing and mastering

A fews words for Sinan Hoxha
Sinan Hoxha is a 45 year old Albanian singer from Tirana who is best known as a performer of Albanian turbo folk ( Tallava ). Together with the singer Altin Shira , he has been aiming to revive Roma music in the country since the 1990s , which was forbidden during the communist dictatorship from 1945 to 1990/91. While Altin Shira had more regional successes in Albania, Sinan Hoxha also achieved great popularity in other areas inhabited by Albanians such as Kosovo and North Macedonia.
The songs he has published are numerous, he also counts several albums over the years among which his successful album back in 2007 Egzistoj, Arome Parfumi (2007) , Xhelozia (2009) , Gili Gili (2013).
About Anxhela Peristeri
Anxhela Peristeri is an Albanian singer, born in Korytsa 24 March 1986, with Greek roots also as her father is of Greek origin. She finished high school in Tirana and after moved to Greece in Athens to continue her University studies.
In December 2001, Peristeri participated in Festivali i Këngës with the song "Vetëm ty të kam". In Greece the talented act achieved a significant music career by singing on stage next to big names of the Greek music scene and participated in the Greek x-factor.
Despite her rising career in Greece in 2014 she decide to return to Albania. In December 2016, she debuted at Kënga Magjike 2016 with the song “Genjeshtar”, where she finished in 2nd place. Then in December 2017, she won the 19th edition of Kënga Magjike with the song "E Çmendur". In December 2019, she competed in the 21st edition with the song "Dikush i imi" and eventually finished in the third place.
Anxhela Peristeri, won the 59th edition of Festivali i Kenges with her song "Karma" and went on representing the nation in Rotterdam, where after qualifying to the final she finished 21st with a total of 57 points.
