The three Dutch broadcasters ( AVROTROS,NPO, POS) repsonsible for the next edition of the Eurovision Song Contest in Rotterdam have confirmed that Edsilia Rombley, Jan Smit and Chantal Janzen will be back to host the competition.

During a special press conference held at Rottedam Ahoy by the Dutch broadcaster, NPO, more light was shed on the preparations regarding the next Eurovision Song Contest and the potential scenarios under which the competition will unfold.

The countries are progressively unveiling their intentions regarding next year's contest and whether they will stick with their ESC 2020 hopefuls or select new ones. So far a total of 31 nations have confirmed their ESC 2021 participation while 19 of them will continue with their ESC 2020 acts.
