Junior Eurovision 2020: TVP headquarters to host this year's competition

-
The upcoming edition of the Junior Eurovision next month will eventually take place in a studio at the TVP headquarters in Warsaw.
During a press conference on TVP, in one of the interviews the JESC 2020 host, Rafał Brzozowski, gave (for JastrzabPost ) , revealed where the upcoming Junior Eurovision will take place this year. While up to now the venue of this year's competition remained a question due to the covid-19 pandemic, but now we know that the stage will be built in a recording studio at the headquarters of Polish Television in Warsaw at Woronicza Street.
More precisely, it will be a studio where the program "Name that tune?" in which Brzozowski acts as the host. It is the largest studio of the 5th block F on TVP , where until 2008 national preselections for Eurovision were organized. It is there that the official stage of Junior Eurovision will be built, where the hosts and guests will perform as part of the Interval Act and Opening Act. Viki Gabor , the winner of Eurovision Junior 2019 and the ambassador of this year's competition , will also perform there .
Initially, TVP and EBU planned to organize JESC 2020 in a larger TV and recording studio near Warsaw, but due to the remote Eurovision formula, the event was moved to the studio in Woronicza. Interestingly, already in 2009 the headquarters of TVP could become the venue for the EBU competition, because one of the recording studios was proposed by the Polish broadcaster to prepare the Dance Eurovision 2009 after Poland's victory in 2008 (we were represented by the pair Herbuś-Mroczek).However, the European Broadcasting Union rejected this request, transferring the right to organize the organization to Azerbaijan. At the moment it is not known whether the performances of Poland and the countries whose representatives will come to Warsaw will be performed in the same place, but everything indicates that.
