Junior Eurovision 2020: The technical details of the stage unveiled

  • The technical details of the stage on which the acts will perform their entries have been unveiled through RTVE's  electronic tender documents metioning the stage dimensions. 

    With the covid-19 pandemic still hitting in waves the continent the upcoming Junior Eurovision Song Contest had to adjust the way it will be held to the current circumstances. Thus this year's all the performances of Junior Eurovision 2020 will be pre-recorded, while the appearances of the hosts as well as the interval acts will be broadcast live.

    RTVE which has has started the search for technical support to build the stage for Soleá‘s performance in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2020,  has also detailed the dimensions of the stage, which will be made up of a curved LED screen of 2.9 mm and 13,6 mm wide, and 4,5 mm tall, a LED screen of 2.9 mm and 5.5 mm radius for a usable floor with a methacrylate. There will also be the sferic LED of 1-meter diameter.

    This year a total of 13 countries will participate at the upcoming Junior Eurovision 2020 set to take place in Warsaw on November 29,2020.
