Tonight: The Grand Final of Pabandom iš naujo! 2023 takes place in Lithuania

  • The Lithuanian national selection for Eurovision 2023 concludes this evening with the final of Pabandom iš naujo! 2023.

    Pabandom iš naujo 2023 consists of five shows. After two qualifying rounds and two semifinals the Grand final show is set for this evening. The show will host the trio  Giedrius Masalskis, Augustė Nombeko and Richardas Jonaitis. Giedrius is no stranger to the audience as he had presented the previous national selections while Richardas is hosting for a second successive year. 

    A total of 10 acts that qualified from the two semifinals will compete for the right to represent Lithuania at Eurovision 2023. The acts to compete in the national final are: 

    1. Mario Junes – “Do What You Do”
    2. MoonBee – “Rumor”
    3. Justė Kraujelytė – “Need More Fun”
    4. Paulina Paukštaitytė – “Let Me Think About Me”
    5. Beatrich – “Like a Movie”
    6. Rūta Mur –“So Low”
    7. Il Senso – “Sparnai”
    8. Petunija – “Love of My Life”
    9. Gabrielius Vagelis – “Šauksmas”
    10. Monika Linkytė – “Stay”

     

    The outcome will be detemined by public voting (50%) and jury voting (50%). The members of the jury to influence 50% of the result are: 

    • Ramūnas Zilnys – LRT music editor-in-chief
    • Monika Liu – Lithuania's representative of 2022
    • Raminta Naujalytė-Bjelle – Singer
    • Ieva Narkutė – Singer/ Composer
    • Vytautas Bikus – Music producer
    • Jievaras Jasinskis – Composer
    • Vaidotas Valiukevičius – Lead singer of The Roop
    • Stanislavas Stavickis-Stano – Composer/ Singer
    • Gerūta Griniūtė – Radio personality

     

    Last year's representative Monika Liu, Ukraine's 2023's representative TVORCHI and the winner of 2019's Eurovision Song Contest Duncan Laurence will feature the show as guest performing on stage. Also viewers can donate 5 euros to support Radarom! which is a campaign in Lithuania to fund radar to monitor airspace in Ukraine.
