    Moldova in Eurovision

Moldova participated in Eurovision for the first time in 2005 and hasn’t missed a year since then. Its best results came in 2017 when Sunstroke Project with Hey Mama finished 3rd. In 2018 the country was represented by DoReDos anf their entry Lucky Day, which finished 10th in the final. In 2019 Anna Odobescu flew the flag in Tel Aviv performing her power ballad “Stay” but despite her amazing vocal performance didn’t make it to the grand final.

In 2020, Natalia Gordienko was set to represent the country with the song 'Prison' but unfortunately the contest was cancelled due to the covid-19 outbreak. Natalia however was invited back for Eurovision 2021 in Rotterdam, where she competed with her song "Sugar" which after qualifying to the Grand final finished 13th with 115 points in total.

Zdob și Zdub and Advahov Brothers represented Moldova at Eurovision 2022  with their entry ‘Trenuletul’ finishing in 7th place.
