Eurovision 2023: 'United By Music' the slogan for the 67th edition of the contest

-
One day before the Semi-Final Allocation Draw BBC has unveiled the official logo and slogan “United by Music” for Eurovision 2023.
As we are heading into the core of the national selection season and one day ahead of the Semi-Final Allocation Draw set to take place on January 31 at St. George’s Hall in Liverpool along with the Handover Ceremony, the hosting broadcaster, BBC, has released the official logo for the 67th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest.
The venue set to host the Semi-final allocation draw has been decorated with the art theme and the slogan 'United by Music' featuring the outside decor.
The art theme is mainly dominated by the colors of the Ukrainian flag, yellow and blue, paying repsect to last year's winners. In addition a touch of pink and dark blue navy color feature the artwork giving through the contradiction with the first two colors a more vivid look to this year's art theme.
The artwork demonstrates a neckless of heart lined up quite to the neckless we saw back in the art theme of the Eurovision in 2017 in Kiev.

The semi-final allocation draw and Handover Ceremony
The Semi-Final Allocation Draw and Handover Ceremony will take place on January 31 at 20:00 CET, at St. George’s Hall in Liverpool and will be hosted by AJ Odudu and Rylan. AJ Odudu is a TV broadcaster who revealed the jury results for the United Kingdom at Eurovision 2022, while Rylan since 2018 is the commentator of the competition's semi-finals. The two hosts will conduct the Semi-Final Allocation Draw with students from a local Liverpool school and members of the Ukrainian community.
The draw process and Handover Ceremony
There will be two stages in the draw process. The first draw will decide in which semi-final the prequalfied nations (Germany, the United Kingdom -this year's host-, Italy, France, Spain and of course Ukraine) will be casting their votes in. The second phase of the draw will settle the rest 31 nations. In March is going to be resolved the official order of performances.
During the Host City Insignia Ceremony the Mayor of Liverpool, Joanne Anderson, and Turin's Mayor, Stefano Lo Russo, will be present in order to pass the keys of the organization from Turin to this year's host city, Liverpool.
Eurovision 2023
The 67th edition is set to take place in Liverpool at the M&S Bank Arena on May 9, 11 and 13, 2023. A total of 37 countries will be taking part in the 67th edition , with 31 countries competing in the two semifinals on May 9 and 11 while the Big 5 countries ( United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain and Italy) will qualify directly to the Grand final on May 13, 2023 along with last year's winning country, Ukraine.
The Grand final will see a total of 26 countries competing for the trophy. The outcome in both semi final rounds will be influenced only by televoting with the juries' contribution put on pause at least for the next edition of Eurovision.
In addition the viewers from non-participating countries will have a say on the results as they will be allowed to contribute to the final verdict by casting their votes in an online voting platform. The votes from non-participating countries will be the equivalent of one country’s votes. Juries' presence is maintained in the Grand final show where along with the public verdict of televoting they will determined the final outcome of the competition.
