Poland: Szansa na Sukces: Eurowizja Junior 2021' national final set for September 26

The next Polish Junior Eurovision act will be determined though the show 'Szansa na Sukces: Eurowizja Junior 2021' the final of which is set for September 26, 2021.
The show 'Szansa na Sukces' ( Chance for Success) will serve for the thrid time as the selection format for the Polish representative for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest.
As in previous years, this year's format will consisti of four rounds. The first three will be the qualifying heats through which will be selected the participants of the final show, which will take place on September 26 . All episodes of the program will be broadcast by TVP every Sunday in September, starting from September 5 .
The 2021 format
In the three episodes of the first phase, we will see a total of 21 young candidate performers (7 people in each round), which have been previously selected during auditions. Among the acts that showed up in the auditions was Marianna Józefina Piątkowska , who entered the competition in 2019 and announced the voting results of the Polish jury for two years. It is not known whether Sara Egwu-James , the winner of The Voice Kids, will appear in this year's edition . Notably, several former participants of The Voice Kids have taken part in the show in the recent years.
Performing acts will be judged by a jury consisting of two or three jurors. We will see a different jury in each episode. In the final, which will take place live, three jurors from previous episodes will sit on the couch. Who will represent Poland at Eurovision Junior 2021, will be decided by the committee appointed by the organizer, as well as the viewers in the SMS voting. In case of a tie, the votes of the jury are decisive.
Will there be a Wildcard?
As in previous editions, the national selection regulations include a provision predicting a wildcard . According to the rules, the producer may grant a special pass to the finals to one of the young performers who meets the requirements for participation in the format. According to the overall rules, he cannot be more than 14 years old on the date of the Junior Eurovision 2021 final, i.e. on December 19. To participate in the program, the singer must be at least 9 years old, which is also a requirement of the organizers of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest. So far, however, the golden ticket has not been awarded to any of the format participants.
Poland in Junior Eurovision
Poland’s first participation at the competition was in 2003, while she was absent the years 2005 – 2015. The country’s worst result came in 2004 when it finished 17th . In 2018 with Roksana Węgiel the country scored its first victory in Minsk, Belarus with her entry Anyone I Want To Be , which was followed by a second in a row win with Viki Gabor and her song "Superhero" in Gliwice- Silesia.
Last year, Ala Tracz represented the nationl with the song “I’ll Be Standing” and came 9th with 90 points.
