Eurovision 2022: Live-On-Tape performances from Albania, Latvia & Lithuania released

  • Eurovision.tv has released the first three live-on-tape performances from Albania, Latvia and Lithuania. 

    Eurovision.tv has announced that they will be releasing the Eurovision 2022 Live-On-Tape backing performances progressively over the next 10 days on the official Eurovision Youtube Channel.Ahead of this year's Eurovision Song Contest, like in 2021, the 39 countries had to made a pre-recorded live performance of their entries by late March in order to guarantee their participation in case the delegation was unable to travel to Turin due to covid-19 restrictions or the acts to perform live cause of a covid-19 case detected. 

    The only country that was exempt from submitting such video this year, was Ukraine due to the ongoing war conditions in their country. While Eurovision.tv will be now releasing over the next 10 days the backing performances officially, Ochman from Poland and Vladana from Montenegro have already released their backing performance video.  

    Here are the first three videos released: 

     

    Albania: Ronela Hajati – “Sekret”

     

    Latvia: Citi Zēni – “Eat Your Salad”

     

    Lithuania: Monika Liu – “Sentimentai”

     

    More live-on-tape videos  are expected to be released over the following next days up to June 23.
